  • Location: Frost Farm is an easy 55 mile drive south of downtown Dallas only 15 miles from Interstate 35 and Italy, Texas.
  • Address: 4300 FM 667 Frost, TX 76641. There is 1/10th mile of paved road frontage on FM 667.
  • Terrain: Rolling hills, meadows, and heavily treed areas make for a scenic and appealing setting. The property has plenty of privacy with an excellent building site.

  • Fencing: Property is fenced and cross-fenced with each pasture having a source of water. There are approximately 2 miles of vinyl white fencing for horses near the barn. Each post was sunk 3 feet deep with an 80 pound sack of concrete.
  • Leases: There are no surface or mineral leases.
  • History: There was once a stage coach stop on the property. A log building served as the stop and was destroyed in the late 1960s or early 1970s.
