  • Location: Frost Farm is an easy 55 mile drive south of downtown Dallas only 15 miles from Interstate 35 and Italy, Texas in a highly desirable area with great neighbors. Address is 4300 FM 667 Frost, TX 76641 and there is 1/10th mile of FM 667 frontage. Navarro Mills Lake is less than 10 miles south of the property and excellent for recreational activities.
  • Terrain: Rolling hills, meadows, and heavily treed areas make for a scenic and appealing setting. There is plenty of privacy with an excellent building site ready to go. Sandy soils are ideal for horses. Hay production and grazing are excellent with improved Coastal Bermuda pastures.
  • Trees: Mature trees such as pecans, elms, and oaks provide shade, wildlife habitat, and privacy. Owner had plans for a small pecan orchard off Post Oak Creek area.

  • Improvements: Morton horse barn with 7 stalls, wash bay, tack room, and full Bathroom. Morton barn folks indicated the replacement cost of the barn to be $135K without the concrete. Owner recently built a very nice barn apartment with kitchen, bedroom, full bath, walk in closet, and balcony perfect for viewing for approximately $100K. Quality finish out with granite countertops, recessed lighting, oak cabinets, and oak staircase going upstairs to bedroom. Barn with apartment is located in a scenic location toward the back of the property and cannot be seen from the paved road.
