  • Location: Fronting on FM 1085 north of Trent (Interstate 20) in far Southeast Fisher County. There is approximately .2 miles of paved road frontage. Nice drive up appeal being close to the Sweetwater Creek bridge.
  • Acres: 442.70 Acres
  • Terrain: Rolling mesquite pastureland with several drainages feeding into Sweetwater Creek. Sweetwater Creek is the northern boundary of the property for over 1 mile. Larger trees such as hackberry and elm trees can be found along creek and drainage areas. All native grasses throughout the ranch.
