  • Location: From Throckmorton, take Hwy 380 west to CR 220 and turn left (South). Continue until CR 232 and then turn right (West) going approximately 2 miles to entrance. An all-weather county road runs from north to south allowing great access.
  • Area: Property is located in big ranch country with large neighboring properties. Ranches in this part of the county are not available very often.
  • Terrain: Heavily wooded native mesquite country. A ½ acre fenced food plot is located in the center of the property for wildlife. There is a ridge on the west side providing scenic views. Native grasses and good wildlife habitat make this a great all around ranch.
